The Municipality of Thorne, in partnership with the Centre régional des services aux bibliothèques de l'Outaouais (CRSBPO), now offers free digital library services to all residents.

CRSBPO is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting public libraries and promoting access to culture and learning across the region. Through this partnership, Thorne residents can enjoy free access to eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, research tools, and more—from anywhere, anytime.
